At Iron Edge Constructors, customer satisfaction is at the heart of everything we do. Due to the custom nature of our construction, remodeling, and design services, we have established the following refund and return guidelines:

Custom Services
All services provided—including structural repairs, remodeling, maintenance, and custom design—are tailored specifically to each client’s project and requirements. As such, we do not offer refunds once a service agreement has been signed and work has commenced.

Deposits
All project deposits are non-refundable, as they cover administrative time, planning, and materials ordered in advance.

Changes and Cancellations
If you wish to make changes or cancel a project before work has begun, please notify us in writing as soon as possible. We will assess whether any costs have been incurred and provide a partial refund if applicable.

Defects or Issues
If you experience a problem or concern related to the quality of workmanship or materials used, please contact us immediately. We are committed to addressing and resolving all reasonable concerns in accordance with the terms of your contract and any applicable warranties.
